The sessions have proved to be, not only interesting and informative but more importantly very useful.
Nical- the physiotherapist was very friendly and professional and her approach does her real credit. I've never attended physiotherapy before and have been pleasantly surprised by the benefits.
I would recommend it to others improvements. The first appointment letter should state that it's an assessment of needs and information gathering session- so the service user would be more prepared with any relevant information such as list of current medication etc.
