Share review of Princess Royal Hospital

I was an outpatient - ENT clinic but there isn't an option for this on the form. I was seen promptly and staff were friendly. When I went to see the consultant there were two other people in the room - one of whom collected me from the waiting room. I've no idea who they were or why they were there during my consultation and this was a little off putting.
