Firstly, your survey doesn't work. I went to the Oral & Maxillofacial Dept, this isn't one of your options in this survey, so I don't even know if this will be seen,
.
Anyway, the receptionist was wonderful, we had a laugh with her. I was seen early, and the clinician Mr Castling was very professional and reassuring. I would recommend this dept. Of course you don't really have any other option if you live in Telford.
