I feel I received 1:1 care, that was specific to my situation. In stressful circumstances (baby admitted to Nicu during our first night on ward) all involved made us feel like our sons well being was paramount. The staff - nurses & care assistants alike were friendly, professional & empathetic & most of all kind.

I requested a side room after my 3rd c-section so myself & husband had some privacy whilst our younger children came to visit. The staff were very helpful & moved us in at the earliest of convenience, all staff were helpful.

Everybody was fantastic, kind, caring and extremely helpful. I would absolutely recommend anybody having a baby to come to Bath. The staff were all an absolute godsend and so helpful with their advice and care. Best care ever.

Everyone involved were simply the best!! Communication was clear, informative and caring. My partner was supported throughout the birth and all staff were fantastic.
