Both members of the nursing team who were in attendance at my treatment were very caring and professional. They explained their role (one training, one observing) and made sure I was comfortable with that. They checked my details, asked whether I had any questions and put me get much at ease. The building location (14) was easy to find and clean and tidy. Parking spaces were plentiful (this was a Sunday appt) but I do think that the parking companies being used are a rip off. I really don’t mind paying for parking, but perhaps a nominal fee on a Sunday? In general, the tariffs are too high and most places such as car parks like Water Gardens or shopping car parks have a nominal Sunday fee of 50p all day. I’d suggest that the Alexandra consider a similar scale of charges
