My 88 year old father underwent major surgery in Princess Alexandra Hospital and convalesced for two weeks in total. During that time dad received top quality service and attention from all the staff involved from start to finish. There are a lot of complaints and critisism's targeted toward the NHS but we cannot rate the service we received high enough. Everyone new what they were doing and everyone was sensitive to dad's condition and dignity. We are extremely grateful for the service and experience we received which made an awful situation with my father a little more manageable. Thank you!
