Every staff member I interacted with was helpful, polite and respectful towards me. They really transform bad situations into much more manageable ones. But more than this, they make you feel like family for however long you stay.
Suggested improvements
I am so sorry to mention about the food, but would baked beans and baked potatoes on the menu be a viable choice. Tuna mayonnaise and cheese perhaps also?
