from admission to discharge I was treated with the utmost kindness and consideration,I don't think I would have had better had I gone private.I found everyone I came in contact with professional and caring

I have not had any experience of Princess Alexandra Hospital prior to needing a knee replacement. My experience through the Orthopaedic and Trauma clinics ward and Physiotherapy units to be well run with helpful staff. Out Patient clinics were efficient with minimum waiting times.

A hospital is it's staff, and the staff were brilliant; warm, caring and knowledgeable.

My need for hip replacement was diagnosed early April , but for a planned holiday I could have had the op in early May. I then agreed and scheduled it for 5th July. Private treatment could not better that.
Also the ward and theatre staff, for me , were really 1st class. Plus the small ward was clean and “hotel-like”

I was treated well with respect during my visit to out patients to day Mr Kosuge was running late for his appointments but I got an apology from the nurse and Mr Kosuge you cant help these things happening.

I was looked after very well and could not wish for better staff. My only concern was that because of the operation I did not like the food very much.
