From first consultation to post operative care,including ward staff ,pre-op.,anaesthetists,receptionist,physiotherapist,cleaners and dinner staff( sorry if l have missed anyone.) I personally don’t think anyone could have done more towards my care. I would have liked neater stitches in my knees if l am going to be picky

I highly recommend this hospital. I would choose it again, but hope I don't have to. Everyone from Surgeon to Cleaners were professional, friendly and caring. It made my operation feel so safe. From my first contact with them, I was treated as urgent, and important. All the Admin staff knew what the procedure was, and ensured they carried out everything they promised. The aftercare was different for me, as I live some distance from the hospital, but I knew how to engage local NHS Services for that. Thank you all So much, Sharon Gove

This is my pleasure to thank all staff after my complete hip replacement , I’ve been waiting almost 5 years due to my own Doctors and constant physiotherapist mismanagement in the end a specialist nurse discovered this incompetent handling of my nhs surgery and referred to the best at Shepton Mallet from there on it was first class cannot recommended them above and beyond , all now complete best of the best

My Doctor Mr B.Greenwood from Culm Valley Health Centre referred me to Shepton Mallet NHS Treatment Centre for a knee replacement, which went ahead on 10th September. The service from consultation, preparation before admission was of a very high standard. My surgeon Mr A Nakhla has done a wonderful job,no pain now & able to bowl indoors after 3 months, my grateful thanks to him & his staff who were very kind & helpful not forgetting the physio team. I have just had my 3 month phone consultation & told if I have any problems to get back in touch with them. That is a first & most reassuring, also the hospital was spotlessly clean due to the amazing cleaning staff. I can't thank you all enough.

Wonderful hospital, all staff very helpful. Extremely pleased with my surgeon, Mr.A. Nakhla, he has done a great job. After 6 weeks can walk without pain? I am very very grateful to all concerned.

I had a hip replacement at Shepton Mallet 7 weeks ago and was very pleased with the treatment I received both from the medical staff and the nurses. Just been for my check up and Mr A Nakhla could not have been nicer .
