I had a phone call on the Saturday my appointment was the next Tuesday .
You have to go through a walkway to get to the hospital but it is well sign posted .
When I enquired at the desk as to where I needed to be the lady at the desk was very helpful and kind .
The hospital is clean and tidy and everyone I spoke to was very considerate to me .
