After ongoing treatments at a variety of hospitals in South and West Yorkshire it was a delight to visit the excellent facility at Pinderfields. Efficient and highly organised complimented by a superb clinician. The only downside was the chaotic and laborious system for obtaining an appointment which took months and was at times a total farce! Some 'central' remote booking system seemed to be the cause of problems with no ability to sort the wood from the trees!
