Was very happy with my counselling. It was a great help.

I feel in my case I needed more sessions. As I would like to keep the same counsellor I will continue on a private basis.

I found talking to my counsellor very helpful, inasmuch as she helped me to understand many of the negative emotions I had been experiencing and reconcile my thoughts to help me adjust to bereavement. I wasn't sure what to expect and at times the process was difficult, but Chris showed great empathy to me.
