Arrived today 27/1/16 and was greeted by everyone they put me at ease straight away.
Very kind and considerate staff and volunteers a like couldn't of made me feel more at home if they tried.

Could have been more aware staff that my mother could only have a liquidized diet in the first few days after she was admitted - maybe a sign above the bed? On the whole through. We were very happy indeed with everything. My mothers care has been excellent, thank you!

The level of care given to patients is amazing. Nothing is too much trouble and the nurses are always on hand. Visitors are also looked after well, by the volunteer staff and it's lovely that we can also get a lunch or sandwich as well as lots of tea or coffee!! The day room also has a nice ambiance for a change of scenery. Overall, a very superior level of care all round.

All staff and doctors took lots of time to keep us informed and answer any questions and took note and were interested in our feedback re our relative (mother). Only a small suggestion for ladies arranging food to be aware that our mother had to have all food liquidized (as has no teeth) earlier on in her stay. Once pointed out - no problem.

The very kindness that is met to you at the door. It was very good and caring and they showed they cared so much as time continues on day by day.
