Highlight when a patient is profoundly deaf so that the staff don't mumble - my Dad was treated very kindly by all the staff and my Mum was given a needed break

Arrived today 27/1/16 and was greeted by everyone they put me at ease straight away.
Very kind and considerate staff and volunteers a like couldn't of made me feel more at home if they tried.

Could have been more aware staff that my mother could only have a liquidized diet in the first few days after she was admitted - maybe a sign above the bed? On the whole through. We were very happy indeed with everything. My mothers care has been excellent, thank you!
