All staff are caring and professional. Consistent high levels of nursing provided.
Family members always made to feel welcome and valued.
Only improvement would be to have more facilities like this hospice.

All situations and care have been addressed by staff and voluntary staff members, with dignity and, understanding and promomtly. Outstanding facility's for patient and family members, with kindness and empathy shown throughout by all staff.
