The service we have all received has been excellent in every aspect from the ancillary staff to the senior doctors. The food is superb as are the kitchen staff.

After many weeks of care pain management has still not been 100%acheived communication with family could be improved staff are happy to help when family come into contact with doctors social workers etc but weeks could pass in between and follow up info isn't readily shared about e.g. Blood tests psychiatrist visits etc seeeing a doctor is tricky when family are working

All the staff here from cleaners to kitchen staff all the doctors and nurses cannot do enough for you the care that is given is second to none and I have comfort to know my last days will be spent with caring people so thank you so much for everything you all do .
