Excellent personal care able to ask questions about my mum's condition, etc and get sensitive, honest answers.
Polly especially friendly and helpful very easy to talk to, as are all staff here as a patient's son I feel very at ease knowing that my mum is receiving such good care and attention which makes a difficult time a lot easier to cope with.
