Everything about Pha is amazing. The level of care provided by the staff is exceptional and also. The care and support extended to family members. Mum has felt safe and loved by all of the staff during both of her stays here.
We have been really well informed at all stages and supported when needed.
I cannot think of anything that could be improved.
