Attentive - any concerns I have over my medication or other care are always addressed promptly and with sympathy, never hurried or made to feel I've asked for help unnecessarily. Nutrition - so much help given regarding this as my food intolerance situation can be complicated. Staff flexible and creative in meeting my needs.
