The care given to my partner was exceptional and restored my faith in the profession which I was part of(returned RGN). Nothing was too much trouble care given with a smile, a laugh and a joke but most of all extremely professional. This goes for all the staff trained and non-trained. The occupational physios, social workers kitchen staff(wonderful food).
Also the lovely volunteers who were always cheerful, helpful and made a nice cup of coffee, myself and my family will always be grateful to you all for the wonderful care, we all allowed I can find no fault with any aspect of pilgrims.
