The care we received has been outstanding especially from Hannah, Amelia, Bev, Anna and Jackie. The carers go out of their way to make us feel comfortable and the kitchen staff are amazing too. The cleaning staff are great, Kelvin and Sharon are kind and polite and also do all they can to help. Polly has been incredible.
The only thing we can think of that could improve the peace and quiet is if people close doors rather than slamming them shut!
