The staff are incredibly caring, friendly and keen to make sure all is well. That is all the staff including cleaners, catering and volunteers as well as the nurses. The facilities are excellent - lounge area and tea and coffee available and I can't get over that we are offered alcoholic beverages! I haven't experienced anything that could be improved. Thank you.
