My midwife, Sue Rutter was excellent. To improve, if the center was better staffed so I knew for sure I could have my baby here we tried to for our last baby but there were no midwives available.

Questions and concerns are always answered, convenient location, relaxed and friendly atmosphere. Availability when not at an appointment i.e being able to call/contact when advice needed could be improved. On a couple of occasions I've had to contact hospital and wait for a call back.

Regular appointments. -Explanations at first meeting of -What will happen at each appointments. -How often appointments will be. -More early morning and late afternoon appointments for working women.
