Despite having undergone a very recent reorganisation and redecoration, Orpington Hospital staff were great in looking after my Mum for her hip replacement in Nov. Although they were still finding their feet in terms of the newly redecorated ward (eg there were no clocks up in the ward, so nurses had to bring a phone/watch with them every time patient notes needed updating), their care and attention were great.
The follow-up care continues to be excellent and efficient. A great new service to come out of the embers of the South London NHS Trust dissolution.
