Despite being incredibly busy, all staff were very friendly, attentive and considerate, treating each service user with respect and compassion.
I was feeling quite anxious and was given reassurance and had things explained clearly, all my questions were answered.
I left the unit with as much information as could be given at the time and the equipment and medication I needed.
Suggested improvements
For me personally and what I witnessed, I cant think of anything that could have been done better. All the staff from domestic, catering to the doctors were excellent and went above and beyond to help everyone.
