I contacted the service, spoke to on call GP who was fantastic, listened, gave options for me to choose from and came out to assess in the early hours of the morning. He even left and came back with the antibiotics needed. Couldn’t have asked for better.

Suggested improvements
Initial call handler did not seem to have any health care training but transferred me to GP when they realised that the patient was complex
