Called 111 for advice. Was sent to OOH. Came away with no answers or guidance, except to go to A&E if unsure. Whole point of 111 service is surely to avoid needless A&E attendance.

Suggested improvements
More diagnostic tools. Having attended urgent care in same building, it seems that more tests are done fairly routinely there than OOH (blood sugar, ECGs etc). Seemed pointless to attend to have the same conversation as on the phone and have my temperature taken.
