Not sure what answer you are asking me to explain.

I was told by the gp who rang me to go ovwr my symptoms and blood test results to wait for an appointment to come through from the hospital as they wanted to rule out cancer. If I had not rang the hospital after 2 weeks to see when my appoinyments would come through, I would still be waiting 4 weeks later as the nurse who I spoke to told me that it would never have came through as they do not organise appointments for x rays and that she has informed the gp surgerys multiple times about this, it is a drop in service after you have had a referral. This I believe is extremely worrying as if anything sinister is to be going on with anyone, every day wasted could mean a bad outcome from whichever diagnosis they recieve. I do believe these gps and docotors and nurses act with compassion but information like this should never be missed.
