GP was interested in my concern and listened to me. Thank you.

Suggested improvements
Getting through to 111 was easy however was on hold over 35mins. On a weekend it may be prudent to have more staff who can take calls to limit the wait time. However the 111 operator was excellent once I got through as was the out of hours gp who phoned me later.
