After phone consultation with practitioner, I was informed that a prescription would be sent over to my pharmacy, no prescription was issued, I ended up missing 3 days of medication, as it was a bank holiday and I ended up waiting for my doctor’s surgery to open

The practitioner should have done her job and sent the prescription promised
