I had my gall baller removed by Prof Viswanath at the Nuffield NorthTees hospital and his excellent medical team on 23rd July 2021. I can't praise the service highly enough. From the beginning of the process to the end all the staff involved whether medical, secretarial, administrative, nursing or catering were all helpful, friendly and highly professional in their particular area of expertise. There is no need to be apprehensive about undertaking surgery during the pandemic as the safety procedures at the hospital and on the ward were very good indeed. What is very reassuring is if after surgery if you need any help or medical advice you are provided with contact telephone numbers and the telephone is always answered at whatever time of day you phone which is wonderful.
