Karsh taught me exercises which are very useful. They were tailored to me. He gave me written instructions as well as verbal.
Karsh is very helpful and sympathetic and he also persuaded me to carry out the exercises.
A notice in the reception telling Physio patients they do not need to check in could be helpful.

The therapist really listened to the full extent of my voice concerns, allowed me to discuss the wider influences on my voice (recent Surgery and Bereavement).
Plus, they gave me strategies for reaching back to the dept if I felt the issue didn't resolve.
