I was given the wrong drug. Which I am allergic to. Had a red wristband on stating my allergy and told staff I am severely allergic to.
This is not a safe hospital.
The care is disjointed. I have since learned that they don’t keep their records of your care correctly so mistakes/errors are logged.
Examinations and tests were on my records that had never been done.
It was my first and will be my last experience at this hospital.
