I have lived in central Horsham for 10 years during which time I have needed to visit this unit once or twice each year, more frequently this year, for such as grit in one eye, splinters in hands and at present dressings for abrasions after a fall. On each occasion I have been treated effectively and courteously. Waiting time varies from 15 minutes to at worst about 1 hour 15 min - depending on workload and priority of others injuries. It is a well used facility - I have never been first in the queue and for a town of increasing population an essential service not available at doctors surgeries as it once was.
