The staff and care I received was excellent, timely, professional, communicative and fastidiously hygenic. I cannot fault this in any way and was very pleasantly surprised with how quickly I was moved through the process without feeling shortchanged in terms of care. The area I would like to remark on is parking: coming in to Urgent care by myself, with a foot injury, and then having to worry about finding coins for parking is absurd. I ended up hibbling round to the main shop in the hospital with a painful wound to my toe. Please get the council to convert to a gated pay on exit system that you can use a credit card with, and preferably, using a card which can be validated at the Urgent Care to give free parking for those people using the facility as patients. Urgent care patients should not have to worry about potentially getting wheelclamped if they have to rush in to the UC treatment centre. Please please please represent this view in your discussions with Crawley District Council. Lastly ... I live in Barns Green. Why isn't Horsham Urgent Care open 24 hours/ 7 days a week?
