This so called service rejected referral on account of a 'psychiatric' label.
According to this so called service if someone has mental health problems they can't possibly have physical health issues. Or perhaps this service considers mental health patients not worthy of help for their physical health, leaving them to struggle.
No advice, no alternative treatment suggestion, just a slammed door of 'no help for you as you have a psychiatric label.
Ignorant, biased, discriminatory service. Discriminatory exclusion is considered unprofessional in most places, it is certainly not something I expect to be on the receiving end of within a health service. Shocked and appalled by this disgusting attitude
