Not enough seating in the waiting area - potential excuse of building works would not be acceptable as temporary stacking chairs could easily have been brought in. Nurses do not call out for patients loudly enough and should stand more centrally (waiting area goes round a corner) so they are visible instead of up a corridor sometimes hidden by waiting patients. However once i was seen, care was first class.
