As far as were are concerned, the care for the patient and all his family members and friends has been second to none and in our opinion you don't need to improve. Please carry on the good work.

I cannot praise the team at Nightingale House enough. They were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble. The bereavement counselor was excellent and had time for me. Also the income generation team carried on their work with quite efficiency. A good place to be at a traumatic time in your life.

I cannot fault at all, the care and support I got from the hospice day center once weekly (3 hrs). They are at the end of phone should I need advice/support.

The team are nightingale house univexham are amazing. They help me, with problems in ever thought I would get over. Nothing is a problem for them, the ladies in the physio department have help with back problem sorted out. Other help, I don't know what I would have done without the support of nightingale house. I find the chapel and very peaceful, I enjoy the services that a done by Gary.
