Dr Duncan is very good at her job. The only time there was a major problem was when she was ill not at work, the whole system fell apart which speaks for itself with her medical help I'm getting the proper treatment and care that is required.
There will be problems if she decides to leave, as the sounding is not there for her to be able to give the treatment that's required due to fund.
