Staff approach was excellent.
However:
1. Spoke to son without permission of patient regarding prognosis, patient did not want this.
2. I had to be forceful in arranging for patient to came here, reasons given planning meeting for funding to soon; no nursing independent care available. I had to point out that they had to have a mechanism outside the weekly meeting. I arranged care at home through independent agency.
3. At home here should be a dedicated.
