This service is extremely poor and conflicts with other services advice. Communication is extremely poor and service users are not listened to. Staff do not work with family who know the individuals better than anyone and when required to provide information to family do not do this in a timely manner and families are left in limbo not knowing what is happening. It is no wonder that service users do not want to engage with services who work in such a negative way.

Suggested improvements
Staff need to be be less judgmental and do there jobs instead of taking every opportunity available to criticise the families that are supporting the individuals. Communication need improving massively, you cannot make recommendations for others to communicate when you don’t do it wel yourselves
