I experienced an out standing service recently from IST team especially from Ms Barron. The team is professional, kind and always aimed for the best out come in terms of both residents and providers safety and quality care. The team visited the site few times and discussed the possible recourses, solutions and reassured staff, management and resident's next of kin which is a great remarkable point when some one is in a crisis. And also they involved in all aspect of the collective decision making for the best interest of the resident. I am glad to express my sincere gratitude toward Ms Barron and team for providing their professional expertise through a kind approach and without any delay.
I wish all the best for the team and their leader who guiding the team in a right pathway.

Really enjoyed it. Very useful. Liked doing book and craft work.
I think it may have been better with a bit more in the community (park) that was very good.

Staff were kind, caring and considerate of family needs. Feedback was very untimely. Referral made in July, received report and advice in November. We needed support, suggestions and advice much earlier, even if only verbal. OT support was superb, but again it took 3 months to receive.
