Consideration given to me as an individual
A sincere willingness to deal with any of my needs
The security of feeling that staff had expertise + experience. There was a family feel to the ward
Kindness + reassurance when I really needed it, and that was all the time.
The only downside for me was the communal television, when I feel ill all I need is quietness, this was achieved by my bed being moved. Brilliant.
