Everyone friendly, attentive. Any calls with buzzer for help were answered very quickly. I felt totally treated as an individual. I had total confidence in the medical care at every level. Food good, fresh, nicely presented. No suggestions for improvement. (personal preference- jelly with fruit juice & no sweetener
