The whole experience in the Physio department has been great. It is however a shame that the staffing levels are so poor which does mean that waiting times are not the best. The site does seem to be under a lot pressure due to the lack of staff. When asking why my treatment had a two week gap the answer was holiday leave which could not be covered due to lack of staff. With such dedicated staff and operating at high standards why are they not provided with sufficient staff.? Regards from a VERY Greatful patient Eric Martin
