[name removed], [name removed] and [name removed] were all very empathetic, helpful, positive and encouraging and willing to take time to listen and answer questions. I was very impressed with the standard of care that I received.
Suggested improvements
The computer generated questionnaire the student took me through was long winded and mostly irrelevant.
