As soon as I entered the hospital for spinal surgery I was made to feel welcome and safe. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble. When I came round from general anaesthetic the staff at my bedside were so reassuring. Back on the ward, everybody that came to make sure I was ok were smiling and I felt extremely well looked after. After 3 cups of tea and a cheese sandwich I was seen by the surgeon and was allowed to go home. Obviously when you are in hospital it’s normal to suffer with anxiety and stress but at no point during my visit did the staff add to this in any way. In fact, they helped to calm my mind. What a fantastic team on every level. Thank you Musgrove Staff……..keep up the good work!
