All of the staff were friendly helpful & kind. The ward was spotlessly clean. Plenty of hot drinks provided. The food was disappointing sometimes and the washing facilities were too few

More pain relief without coming and having to ask for it. Being assessed for discharge with metal crutches- then being given wooden sticks I couldn't cope with.
