Over 5 hours and felt very disjointed between AnE and the children’s AnE, very inefficient use of time, took 4 hours to decide to X-ray after going in with a suspected broken bone. Could have saved time waiting for a doctor to say go for an X-ray, he could have reviewed my daughter and the X-ray the first time we saw him rather than the second

The care I received from John, Nursing Team Physios and Consultants (including anesthetists) was exemplary. They were all kind respectful showed empathy and respect. Nothing was not possible.

The food was awful and this would not help anyone trying to gain strength after a major op.

Waiting time was over an hour but that's to be expected everywhere so was not an issue. Area for my daughter to play while she waited was a big help because she was distressed at times and needed distracting. Nurses were lovely with myself my partner and our daughter. Xray were fast but effective, and again all were very nice.

I have ADHD was waiting hrs. The doctor seid a doctor cannot tell you you have adha. He did not believe me. I told him a doctor didn't a mental health profession did. I'm more then annoyed he seid this. I thought it was disgusting. I will never ever enter that place again. He must have thought I made it up. If he'd read my medical records he would have known. He was smug and rude. And not very well informed.

Get a better doctor. That understands what ADHD is.

I. Have ADHD I was there 5hrs. I will have to be going in that place dead. To ever enter that place again. It was hell for me. And truly mean that I will never go to that AE ever again.
