Start to finish the support, information, bedside manner and aftercare from all members of the team both administrative and clinical was second to none. My procedure was in theatre 2 of Meoc, overseen by Mr Abaddin. The personal visit from the Anaethetist, orthopeadic doctor and surgeon put me at ease and allowed me ample chance to field any questions. The team were professional and very conscientious. Furthermore, the facilities and ward was spotless. A big relief for me, personally.

Nothing - I was thoroughly satisfied with my experience. My thanks to the team!

Pain management unit Mexborough Montague Excellent service and fantastic team within the unit. All staff very friendly and caring towards my procedure yesterday afternoon Dr Yerneni was very polite very professional Doctor he was very caring towards my fear of needles. He Explained everything that what he was going to me with the RF ablation treatment. 5 star service from this Department Well done everyone for all your hard work and continuous support throughout my treatment

Only downside was the longer waiting list But that's across board within the NHS I am so grateful to our NHS As I know that there is a lot of pressure on the staff and staff shortages throughout the Trust. Keep up the excellent work you do for us all.

I arrived at 3pm & even though there were quite a few people before me I didn't have to wait too long, I had the best 4 lady staff members taking great care of me. When you've broken your wrist the last thing you need is to be kept waiting but after a few x-rays and having a pot put on I was able to leave. They put me at ease, excellent staff members including the female receptionist

Maybe have more staff members on duty at peak times

Because the people involved are extremely professional and information is passed on to other professionals involved in my care and extremely impressed with the care iv received and impressed with the drive for the best outcome for myself and Very welcoming. Well organised. Physio input as been very well run.

I don’t know how the ward could improve.

Professional in every department. Surgeon marvellous, explained what he was doing all the time. Very friendly and kind. Good aftercare.
